Tudorache and Associates obtained, in court, the annulment of the unlawful decision to disciplinary dismissal of a director against Honeywell Romania, the reintegration into the previously held position and the payment of the indexed, increased and updated salary rights and of the other rights that would be a beneficiary from the date of the illegal dismissal and until reintegration into the previously held position.
