We successfully represented the movies producer – Mobra Film in a copyright infringement claim submitted versus it by some Romanian music performers concerning the movie “4 months 3 weeks and 2 days” – awarded with Palm d’Or Award at the Festival International du Film de Cannes in 2007.
We successfully represented the composer Dan Balan in the litigation for establishing the paternity on the musical composition “Dragostea din tei” (artist: O-zone), also informally known as “The Numa Numa Song” and “Ma Ya Hi” which topped the charts in over 30 countries and sold over 12 milllion copies worldwide.
