Any person using, in any title, spaces, closed or open (such as bars, restaurants, hotels, etc.) in which music are communicate for environmental purposes is legally obliged to hold the following authorizations:
Non-Exclusive Authorization for Use of Phonograms for Ambient Use – In Romania, this authorization is granted by the Union of Phonogram Producers in Romania (UPFR).
Non-Exclusive Authorization for Use of Environmental Performances – In Romania, this authorization is granted by the Romanian Center for the Rights of Artist Performers (CREDIDAM).
Non-Exclusive Authorization for the Use of Musical Performances for Ambient – In Romania, this authorization is granted by the Union of Composers and Musicologists of Romania (UCMR).
