Tudorache and associates successfully represented the author and performer Dan Helciug in his claim against political parties asking for damages resulting from the use without right of the track “We Want Heart” as hymn in the electoral campaign in November 2012. The Bucharest Tribunal obliged political parties to pay the sum of 15,000 euros to Dan Helciug as damages.
